China's Rise: Challenge to the World Economic Order
Saturday, 09 January 2010 13:07
The first event of 2010 was a net-working dinner in Richmond Hill on Friday, January 08. Sung Yan-Wing (65) gave an overview of how US became a leading economic order and China’s rise to become the next powerful economic order. The importance of the interplay between these two powers surfaced at the recent Copenhagen Climate Change Conference 2009. It was a most informative and interesting talk. Sung Yan-Wing left shortly after 9:15 pm to catch his plane to Hong Kong at mid-night. Click here to view the pictures.
(The Board of Directors welcomes suggestions for future net-working dinner)
