Dr. Peter Chang ('61), lawyer and psychiatrist, was one of the 2017 appointees to the Order of Ontario.
He has improved access to mental health services for Ontario's East Asian communities. He established the Hong Fook Mental Health Association to provide culturally-sensitive services in five Asian languages, as well as the Hong Fook Mental Health Foundation to address the stigma of mental illness.
安省政府1月29日宣布,華裔醫生張培德 (Dr. Peter Chang) 獲得安省勳章 (Order of Ontario)。這是省府向居民頒發的最高榮譽。 張培德醫生是康福心理健康協會的創始人之一,讓更多東亞移民獲得心理輔導,並消除民眾對心理疾病的偏見。
張培德1945年生於上海,50年代隨父母以難民的身份來到香港,畢業於香港大學醫學院。 1973年,他在加拿大取得精神病醫生資格,1982年,他在安省創建康福心理健康協會,2001年成立康福基金會,並多年來擔任主席。他現住在康山,與6個孫輩享受天倫之樂。

A get together lunch to chat with Miu Kwok Yan was arranged on Wednesday, October 11, at a North York Restaurant.

After Lunch, Hin-Shing and Kwok-Yan strolled in Pacific Mall and then went for coffee at Tim Horton's nearby for another three hours.
Shen Chi-hung hosted a lunch with Wong Hin-Shng and Mr. Ho on Friday, July 14.
A long and enjoyable lunch lasting about 3 hours on the good old days at Wah Yan.
