Francis Kwong Hon-Fan of Class 64, a builder of WYKAAO and President (1984-1988), passed away in hospital with his family by his side, at 4:00AM on May 6, 2014.

Francis and I were in F5A （1963-64). He was the fattest in class and second tallest next to 陳少揚. Since his stay in Canada, we have never met. But during recent years, we met twice in Hong Kong: the first on 16 October 2010 at our '64 WYK mini-reunion, the second on 21 March 2011 on the occasion of his brother-in-law Joseph Lee celebrating the 60th birthday. Francis still looked heavy and jovial! He always impressed me with his ever smiling happy face! Surely God will receive him with open arms! His schoolmates 許華本 and 高志和 would also welcome him to join the celestial choir!

Great loss. A great MC when he and Lena staged our last Gala. Great encouragement from him when I was sick 2 years ago. Great help from him when I started my business in the 80's. Francis was indeed a great guy. May he rest in peace.
