Cross-Canada coast to coast Day 16,  June 15, 2014.

Fredericton, NB to Moncton, NB

Thanks to the generosity and hospitality of George/Donna Thompson, I had a very relaxing evening and overnight at the Thompsons in Fredericton, NB.

The weather forecast was rain for this region today, but better weather will be "maybe" tomorrow. Since my goal is to reach the east coast, and not really in visiting every big town/city in the provinces, I would like to reach Cape Breton soon, and ride on the Cabot Trail (Holy Grail), and fulfill my mission/dream.

I have kind of outwitted the Rain-God. I travelled 200 km in 3 hours from Fredericton, NB to Moncton, NB today. I only caught drizzles in the final 30 minutes. Don't talk about it too loudly. I think I might have just beaten the Rain-God today.

I am less than 200 Km to Prince Edward Island, and to Nova Scotia. I'll check with the weather forecast tomorrow to see whether I would head east or south.
As I looked out the window from my motel room, it was still drizzling/raining. But what would be better than listening to Beethoven's Symphony #9, 4th movement : Ode to Joy?

Some of you may not know or believe, that I am an Introvert. I am very happy to be alone in a motel room.

Talk to you either in Prince Edwad Island ( to the east ), or in Nova Scotia ( tot he south ) tomorrow evening.

Another good day.

PS Thanks to Edwin Tse's trailing instructions, i had a shower with 3 t-shirts and 3 trousers on. Just have to wish that they will dry in time by tomorrow morning.

Life is good!!!!
