The two Wah Yan College Alumni Associations in Ontario have jointly organized a virtual alumni gathering with guests from Hong Kong. Our honoured guests include Fr. Stephen Chow (Supervisor of both Wah Yan colleges, Bishop-Elect of Hong Kong), the two Wah Yan principals (Mr. Warren Chung and Mr. Davis Chan) and Dr. Ying-Lun So (Assistant Supervisor, WYHK)
- Date: Friday, July 16
- Time: 8pm (Toronto time)
This will be an informal get-together of about 1.5 hours in duration. We will hear first-hand latest updates about our mother school and invite ideas of maintaining connections among overseas alumni chapters.
A number of alumni asked about ways to make donations to our mother school Wah Yan College Kowloon in Canada. The two Wah Yan Colleges have entered an agency agreement with the Canadian Jesuits International (CJI) for donors in Canada to make donation to the either of the two colleges through CJI with tax deduction applicable to Canada. We are grateful for the Jesuits in Canada, i.e., Fr. Robert Wong, S.J., to make this possible.

Former Secretary of WYKAAO and former teacher of WYK Percival Ho ('88) is in town for a visit. Paid his respects to Mr Anthony Ho with Alan Leong, Edmond Wong and then lunch with Joe Wong in Mississauga this Saturday, June 1.

The passing of Fr. Deignan marks the end of an era of the wave of Irish Jesuits on their China Mission since 1926. The Memorial Mass will present a fine opportunity for alumni of both Wah Yans and Ricci Hall to say thank you.
