Hi guys, I wonder anyone knows about the history and origin of WYK's School Hymn "Our Captain and Our King"?
WYK Music Head is planning a celebratory concert in 2025, hoping to get information about the School Hymn for musical elaboration and reinterpretation. 🙏🙏
A group of Wah Yan alumni is volunteering under an initiative for a better Hong Kong. The initiative under Deignan Education Studio (狄恆教室) aims to improve social mobility through a year-long extracurricular enrichment program for secondary school students in Forms 3 and 4 at Lion College, addressing educational disadvantages.
The goal is to help create pathways for social and economic advancement. This is achieved through learning, teaching, and scholarship support that empowers these students and provides access to quality job opportunities, particularly for the poor and the neglected.

Greetings from Wah Yan One Family Foundation!
We will host the Guinness World Creation Campaign to be held on Sat, 2 November 2024 at Wah Yan College, Kowloon. At the event, we are creating a Guinness World Record for Wah Yan by using 10,000 scarfs to create a character “100” at Wah Yan College Kowloon. Subsequently we will pack the scarfs into 10,000 blessing bags, together with other goods such as tea bags and supplement, to be delivered to 10,000 needy senior citizens at Caritas Centres. We also aim to raise some funds to support more NET (Native English teachers) and STEAM teaching programmes at the 2 Wah Yans.
