五年前，我們由九龍華仁起步，跨過重重鬧市，步行到香港華仁，見證了”華仁一家為將來”籌款活動(Dream of Wah Yan Campaign)的開始。五年來，多少華仁仔一起努力不懈，只為了籌募更多款項，讓母校能夠持續提供優質教育，孕育更多有知識、肯承擔、能夠立己助人的下一代。
五年後的12月，將會是Dream Campaign突破首階段目標的日子，我們期望召集最多的華仁仔再次走在一起，見證這個歷史時刻，分享達標的喜悅，無分彼此，華仁一家。

Dear Wahyanites,
Greetings from The Wah Yan One Family Foundation! We would like to report to you our progress thus far. As at end of March 2012, we had raised $94 million for the Dream of Wah Yan Campaign. Since 2009, more than $32 million has been appropriated to the two Wah Yan Colleges to implement small class teaching, teacher formation and whole person development activities for our young Wahyanites.
Under the new 3-3-4 secondary school curriculum, our Schools need much more resources to provide extra care and support to help our senior form students cope with the requirements of the new public examination, The Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (香港中學文憑). The Foundation is going to appropriate $7.5 million each year to help our Schools sustain our Dream for our young boys in the next five years. Nonetheless this is not enough, because our Schools have estimated that they need around $13 million each year in the coming years.
Mr. Laurence Tam writes on his work since his return to Hong Kong and the message of “not to stay up too late” to retirees. The significance of his advice is explained in a letter to Mr. Anthony Ho who visited him recently. Please click the image to read the letter.
The Cheetahs made a donation to school in memory of Fr John Moran, S.J. (1905-91) who gave them the name because they were fast in their soccer games. The plaque in the Teachers’ Common Room was unveiled on Friday, November 16, 2012. The ceremony took place before the historical Speech Day when the cohort class of the last Form 7 and the first Form 6 had their happy day.
The Honourable Philip Lee, Lieutenant Governor of Manitoba, Canada, was the Guest of Honour. Philip Lee, Class 60 and a Cheetah, advised the graduates to master their language skills to be ready for their future career goals. To make his point, he punctuated his speech with “Go Ahead” and “The Chinese Guy Did All The Talking”.

On 17 November 2012, WYKPSA has organised a tea gathering with retired teachers at 東海酒家, The One. Over 50 teachers, including Mr. Anthony Ho and alumni have attended the event. Clcik here to view the photo album.
2011年魏志立神父( Fr Naylor, S.J. )八十榮壽之際，一群華仁兒童會舊導師基於對神父由衷的敬重，以及昔日美好的緬懷，產生了出版此書的構想。
經過來自不同世代的舊導師整整一年的努力，訪談、撰稿、徵稿、以及整理失落多年的資料，此書終於面世。我們謹以此書獻給付出無私大愛的魏志立神父，感謝他大半生貢獻予香港教育和保護幼小的工作。令我們感動的是他永遠躲在大光燈後，默默耕耘，不領功，不自誇，在過去的半世紀一直堅守信念，讓年青一代擁有自由空間，獨立思維，在自我批判與修正的循環中成長。
當然，此書也獻給在華仁兒童會三十年歲月中曾參與服務的三百多位導師，藉此大家可以把失落多年的回憶碎片，好好拼整起來，描繪出昔日的青春。

Fr. George Zee SJ has sent us a letter to thank WYKAAO for our donation of HKD5,000 towards the WYK Fathers' Quarter Windows Repair Fund.
