The initiative, currently being pilot-tested at Lion College in Kwai Chung, reflects the spirit of Wah Yan—a quality that is difficult to define but deeply rooted in our remarkable history, rich heritage, strong foundations, and extensive connections on a global level. This global leadership program embodies the wisdom of an East-meets-West educational philosophy, our profound ties to the Chinese, Jesuit, and Lasallian traditions, and the entrepreneurial vision and servant leadership exemplified by Mr. Peter Tsui, Mr. Ch’ien Mu, and Father Deignan.
All program fees, without any deductions, will be donated in full to support students in their preparation for academic excellence and the development of good character. Additional info can be found here.

The Initiative
The Wah Yan Global Leadership Program initiative is designed to benefit young university students interested in responsible entrepreneurship and leaders of human excellence. This initiative aims to develop the next generation of socially responsible entrepreneurs and leaders of competence, conscience, compassion and commitment. It will do this by building a learning community where young promising university students and mentors from Wah Yan can engage in meaningful service opportunities together. This will be supported by our Wah Yan international Alumni Network. While participating in the program, these university students will have an obligation to assist our work in serving others through service learning opportunities organized under the program. We will support their journey to human excellence through this innovative entrepreneurship program.
A number of WYKAAO members are actively volunteering at charity organizations such as Mon Sheong Foundation which primarily serves the senior population in the community especially for their well-being and health care needs.
Team WYKAAO participated in a charity table tennis tournament organized by New Horizon Lions Club at Wesley Centre Markham on Sunday September 24 and finished at the second place in the Inter-School Team Category. Click here to see more pictures.
