Mr. Laurence Tam, Honorary Professor of Institute of Creativity of Hong Kong Baptist College (香港浸會大學創意研究院) since April 2012, was at a dinner hosted by Michael Leung (1962) in honour of his new position last month.

Two student ambassadors from Wah Yan (Cheuk-chun Shum, WYHK and Wilson Ching-wai Fung, WYK) will be visiting Ontario from July 28 to Aug 3 before heading to WYIC2012 in New York City. Both Wah Yan alumni associations in Ontario are jointly sponsoring the hosting program (background info) and have planned a week-full of activities for the students.
A Welcome Dinner will be held for both visitors:
Date: July 29th (Sunday) Time: 7 pm

Cost: $35 per person (menu)

(Saturday, July 7) A joint school table tennis tournament, organized by Raimondi College Old Boys’ Association (Ontario), was held in a table tennis club in Markham. Many alumni members, friends and family, attended the event to show their support for the WYKAAO team. Lim-ming Chui (’65) is the winner of the singles title and our team is first runner-up overall.
